I have worked as an administrative professional at some of the most well-known global communication firms in Chicago. I always looked forward to Administrative Professional’s Day, Boss’s Day and other gift-giving holidays as an opportunity to express my appreciation to my colleagues. While flowers, expensive lunches, and bottles of fine wine were mainstays, candles were not. To fill this void, I began making candles with business executives in mind. What started in my basement as a hobby quickly turned into a desire to offer business professionals something just for them:  great-smelling candles reflective of the characteristics they possess—vision, influence, discipline, persistence and more.
